Elementary and Secondary Education Act Reauthorization: What’s the Research behind NCLB 2.0?

Since the Obama Administration announced its plan in March for reauthorizing the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) (the most recent incarnation is No Child Left Behind), there have been plenty of suggestions for and criticisms of the plan:
